Bratcher Heating & Air is a heating and air company working from 2354 US-41 in Greenbrier, about 23 miles north of downtown Nashville. We repair and install heat pumps, gas furnaces, central air, ductless systems and ductwork, and the phone is answered 24 hours a day.
What we spend our days on
Most calls are heat pumps and gas furnaces paired with central air, because that is what heats and cools most houses in Middle Tennessee. In summer the work is capacitors, fan motors, refrigerant leaks and drain lines; in winter it is defrost faults, heat strips, igniters and flame sensors. Between the seasons come the planned jobs: replacing a system that has run out its years, adding a mini-split to a room the ducts never reached, or rebuilding the sagging ductwork in a crawl space.
