We cover Nashville and seven Middle Tennessee counties: Davidson, Robertson, Sumner, Williamson, Wilson, Cheatham and northern Rutherford. The shop is on US-41 in Greenbrier, so north-side towns are the shortest drives. Call (615) 412-2815 at any hour with your address.
North of Nashville: Robertson and Sumner counties
This is home ground. The shop sits on US-41 in Greenbrier, roughly 23 miles north of downtown, so Springfield, White House, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville and Gallatin are the shortest drives we make. Robertson and Sumner counties both hold thousands of manufactured homes, more than 7 percent of Robertson County housing according to Census figures, so package units and mobile-home heat pumps are routine here alongside brick ranches and newer subdivisions.
Nashville and Davidson County
Most of the work is in Davidson County, where the median home was built in 1986 and close to one in five predates 1960. That mix means everything from 1940s Inglewood bungalows and Old Hickory’s century-old company houses to Antioch builds from the 2000s. The neighborhood pages below are ranked by owner-occupied homes, so they track where homeowners actually live.
South and east: Williamson, Wilson and northern Rutherford
Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Mount Juliet, La Vergne and Smyrna are the longer runs from Greenbrier, so we plan them rather than squeeze them in. These towns sit in Middle Tennessee Electric territory, which matters when a TVA EnergyRight rebate is part of a heat pump decision. We stop short of Murfreesboro and Lebanon.
West: Cheatham County
Cheatham County, served by Cumberland Electric, is the western edge of our coverage, reached across the river from Bellevue and north Nashville.
How far each town is from the Greenbrier shop
Drive times below are free-flowing routing estimates between town centers, so rush hour on I-65, I-24 or Briley Parkway will stretch them. They show why north-side calls are the quickest for us and why south-side visits are planned ahead. They are distances, not arrival promises.

Which power company serves you, and why it matters
Nashville Electric Service covers Davidson County and edges of the counties around it. Cumberland Electric serves Robertson, Sumner and Cheatham counties, and Middle Tennessee Electric serves Williamson, Wilson and Rutherford. All three distribute TVA power, and TVA’s EnergyRight program lists rebates for heat pumps, central air and ductless systems when a contractor in its Quality Contractor Network files them. Our EnergyRight guide walks through it.
